Objects

The objects of the Charity are, for the public benefit:

  1. Maintain, protect and manage Blue Bell Hill Picnic Site in order to grant public access for quiet enjoyment respecting the flora, fauna and natural environment.
  2. Respect the Air Ambulance Memorial to Graham Budden, Mark W Darby, and
    Antony J Richardson, the Dedicated crew of the Air Ambulance which crashed on Sunday, 26th July 1998.
  3. Promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, including conserving the biodiversity and sustainability, of Blue Bell Hill Picnic Site and respect and maintain the SSSI designation on the site, and any other designations regarding the wildlife status of the land, seeking appropriate professional advice and management to achieve that.
  4. Advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, including conserving the biodiversity and sustainability, in general and specifically of Blue Bell Hill Picnic Site.
  5. The support of such other charitable purposes as the Trustees in their discretion think fit, subject to approval by a resolution of the Members.
